Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from RevMax Parts. We hope you're satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more details on our return and refund policy.

RETURNS

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible, items must be in new condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging. All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@oemcarpartsus.com with your order number and reason for return. If the item is defective or damaged, please include photos or videos as proof.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a downloadable and printable prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (order invoice). Ship the return using the provided return label.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES

We also offer exchanges for any returned item in new condition. Please contact us to arrange the exchange process.

NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items
- Intimates
- Gift cards
- Custom items
- Digital products

We are not liable for any issues resulting from the resale of our products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. Any restrictions or suspensions from those platforms are the responsibility of the reseller.
